Non-Insured Health Benefits

If you’re a registered band member with a First Nation and Indigenous Services Canada then you will be covered for sessions with a counsellor.

Please see below the eligibility of coverage through Non-Insured Health Benefits program:

A First Nations person who is registered under the Indian Act (commonly referred to as a status Indian);
An Inuk recognized by an Inuit land claim organization.

Counselling Services Form

This document will allow for a client covered under the Non-Insured Health Benefits program to be approved for counselling. If you would like to move forward with a counsellor – this document will need to be completed. Your counsellor can assist you if needed.

Benefit/Insurance Providers

We work with multiple insurance providers. Please consult with your counsellor about coverage with your provider.

Cancellation Policy

Every client’s needs are equally important therefore we require a 24-hour notice for cancelling your appointment. This ensures that every counsellor is using their time efficiently to help as many clients as possible. If you do not cancel your appointment or you do not show up – you will be required to pay the full amount.

If you cancel within the 24-hour period prior to your appointment, you will need to pay 50% of the total amount.

You may cancel your appointment by emailing, calling or texting your counsellor.

We accept cash, e-transfer and pay pal.
